It means taking care of your whole self and realizing that all aspects of your being work together to achieve this state of equilibrium.
Holistic Health Coaching is a form of healing that considers the whole person~body, mind, spirit, and emotions~in a quest for optimal health and wellness.

It matters because weight loss always follows health. This approach allows us to dig down to underlying root issues; to extract the root cause of stubborn weight gain and stalls so we can remove them forever.
