Keto Brussel Bacon Chicken

Keto Brussel Bacon Chicken is one of my favorite dishes. It's creamy Parmesan Bacon flavor will delight your taste buds and serve as the ultimat keto comfort food!

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pound chicken tenders (air-fried)
  • 1 pound bagged or fresh brussel sprouts (split into half pieces)
  • 6 ounces bacon (fried and crisp)
  • 3/4 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • !/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Using a medium sized pan on medium high heat place butter, olive oil, and garlic powder in the pan and heat just until garlic is fragrant. (1 to 2 minutes)
  • Cook brussels until well done and browned.
  • Reduce heat to medium low and add the heavy whipping cream, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and cream cheese to the pan and stir frequently until cream cheese is fully melted,
  • Cover and allow to simmer until the suace begins to thicken and stir frequently being careful not to burn the sauce.
  • Top with Air-Fried Chicken Tenders and Crumble your cooked bacon over the top and serve.
