Keto Butter Biscuits

You'll love this simple, made from scratch, Keto Butter Biscuit recipe. It's a southern breakfast favorite you are sure to enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 cups of Baker's Corner Finely Ground Almond Flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
  • 1/2 teapoon garlic powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 6 tablespoons butter (melted; 2 reserved for topping)
  • 1/2 cup white cheddar cheese (shredded)
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Combine almond flour, salt, baking bowder and garlic powder in a large bowl and set aside
  • In a separate bowl, combine eggs, sour cream and  4 tablespoons of butter whisking until smooth
  • Add the dry ingredients to this bowl
  • Add cheese and mix the batter until well blended
  • Use a 1/4 cup scoop and place batter into divided silicone muffin pan or cups.
  • Bake until the tops are golden brown (about 15 minutes) 
  • Remove from pan and top with additional butter
