Keto Cheesy Green Bean Bake

Keto Cheesy Green Bean Bake is super easy and sure to become your new go-to Keto side dish!

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 pounds green beans
  • 2 garlic cloves (thinly sliced)
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2/3 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • pinch red pepper flakes (to taste)
  • Kosher salt (to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Place the beans into a shallow baking dish or iron skillet.
  • Pour whipping cream over the beans and scatter the garlic and the lemon zest.
  • Scatter the salt and red pepper flakes.
  • Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheese and bake until the beans are tender and cheese is melted, 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Broil until cheese is browned, garnish with more parmesan cheese if desired, and serve.
