Keto Chocolate Cheesecake Mousse

Keto easy dessert, no baking, and perfect for a sweet craving.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Pyure Single Ingredient Stevia, to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add cocoa powder, vanilla, salt, and a very small amount of stevia.
  • Slowly add heavy cream and whip until light and fluffy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness carefully.
  • Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving.
  • Optional toppings: sugar-free chocolate chips, whipped cream, chopped pecans, or a few raspberries.
