Keto Chocolate Cheesecake Mousse
Keto easy dessert, no baking, and perfect for a sweet craving.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- Pyure Single Ingredient Stevia, to taste
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder, vanilla, salt, and a very small amount of stevia.
- Slowly add heavy cream and whip until light and fluffy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness carefully.
- Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving.
- Optional toppings: sugar-free chocolate chips, whipped cream, chopped pecans, or a few raspberries.
