Keto Cornbread and Milk

Keto Cornbread and milk is a southern tradition and one you won't have to miss anymore. This makes the perfect Keto Snack or even a replacement for cereal!

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 Califia Farms Toasted Coconut Almond Milk (reserved to pour over)
  • Preheat oven to 325°F.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
  • Pour the cornbread mixture into a silicone bread pan and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes. Cool 5-10 minutes
  • Pour 1/2 cup of toasted coconut almond milk into a cup add stevia to taste and then crumble in 2 slices of cornbread.
  • Eat and enjoy!
