Keto Garlic Parm Chicken Skillet

A creamy, cheesy keto cauliflower bake loaded with crispy bacon, sour cream, cheddar, and green onions. This easy low-carb side dish is rich, comforting, and perfect for family dinners or meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning to taste


Instructions

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Cook chicken in butter over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove from pan.
  • Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  • Add heavy cream and Parmesan. Stir until creamy.
  • Simmer for a few minutes until everything is coated and warm.
    Serve with: cauliflower rice, roasted broccoli, or a simple salad.
