Keto Garlic Parm Chicken Skillet
A creamy, cheesy keto cauliflower bake loaded with crispy bacon, sour cream, cheddar, and green onions. This easy low-carb side dish is rich, comforting, and perfect for family dinners or meal prep.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook chicken in butter over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove from pan.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add heavy cream and Parmesan. Stir until creamy.
- Simmer for a few minutes until everything is coated and warm.
Serve with: cauliflower rice, roasted broccoli, or a simple salad.
