  • 4 tablespoons Almond Flour
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 3 scoops Pyure Stevia Extract (Single Ingredient)
  • 1 Egg


  1. Start by melting cream cheese and butter in a microwave-safe bowl for 30 seconds. Then, blend in almond flour, stevia, baking powder, and an egg until thoroughly combined.
  2. Prepare 2 ramekins with butter, and divide the mixture evenly between them. Microwave for 90 seconds.
