Keto No-Bake Cheese Cake

OMG! Keto No-Bake Cheesecake is the bomb. You are going to love this quick & easy Keto dessert!

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 4 scoops Pyure Stevia Extract powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
Crust
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 2 scoops Pyure Stevia Extract powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch salt
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Add the crust ingredients to a bowl and mix until a dough ball is formed.
  • Line a 4 inch springform pan with parchment paper and place the dough ball on it.
  • Form the dough evenly around the pan with a spatula or your hands.
  • Freeze crust for about 10 minutes to set.
  • Add the filling ingredients to a bowl and mix with a fork until the ingredients are smooth.
  • Pour the filling on to the crust and smooth it out with a spatula.
  • Place in the freezer for 30 minutes or up to 1 hour to set.
  • Or you could eat immediately.
