Keto Nutty Fudgesicle

Keto Fudgesicles are the perfect Keto treat; They are creamy and taste just like the original only better because these contain nuts.These Homemade Keto Nutty Fudgsicles are sure to become your absolute favorite Keto Approved Dessert!

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 10 scoops Pyure Single Ingredient Stevia (powder)
  • 8 tablespoons Hershey Cocoa Powder
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/8 teaspoon pink salt
INSTRUCTIONS
  • In a medium sauce pan on medium low heat, add 4 cups of heavy whipping cream, 8 tablespoons of Hershey Cocoa powder, and 10 scoops of stevia.
  • Bring it to a slight boil for about 3-5 minutes and stir constantly to blend in the cocoa and prevent from scorching. The cocoa has a tendency to clump. If this happens either transfer to a blender or pour the mixture in a large bowl and use an emersion blender to smooth out the clumps. When blending, be careful to blend just enough to smooth out the clumps.
  • Pour into 10 silicone popsicle molds and freeze for 2 hours or longer depending on your freezer. If they are a little difficult to remove then run mold under hot water for a few seconds until you can remove the popsicle.
