You're going to love these Keto Parmesan Crusted Green Beans. These crispy, crunchy, salted green beans are super easy to prepare and make the perfect keto side dish!
INGREDIENTS
  • 12-ounces green beans (fresh)
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • Himalayan Pink Salt (to taste)
  • Black Pepper (optional; to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Line a basking sheet with parchment paper
  • Combine olive oil, garlic powder, egg, basil, salt and pepper and thoroughly combine.
  • Add green beans to the bowl tossing until coated
  • Add parmesan cheese and lightly toss
  • Place green beans on baking sheet and bakke approximately 15 minutes until golden
  • Turn broiler on high and bake a couple of minutes more until crispy.
