Keto Pickled Red Onions

This is the only Pickled Onion recipe you will ever need; it's quick and easy and ooh, la, la delicious!
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup thinkly sliced red onion
  • 1 cup water
  • 5 tablepooons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 1/4 teaspooon whole peppercorns
  • 12 drops liquid stevia (adjust to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Add all ingredients to a glass mason jar, cover the jar and refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  • These will keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
