Keto Simple Stuffing

 Keto Simple Stuffing is perfect for any holiday gathering. It's surprisingly delicious and oh so buttery. It's sure to delight your taste buds!

INGREDIENTS
  • Keto Mini Bread Rolls (crumbled)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp. Italian Blend Seasoning, dried
  • 1/4 tsp. sage
  • 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. each Salt & Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. each Salt & Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seasoning
  • 3 tbsp. Butter (melted)
  • 2 stalks Celery (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Leeks (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil (1 reserved for drizzle)
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Crumble the keto bread, drizzle with one tablespoon of olive oil and bake for about 5 minutes until lightly browned.
  • Sauté chopped veggies in one olive oil for approximately 2 minutes to enhance flavor.
  • Mix together with melted butter and chicken broth
  • Cover with foil and bake on 350 for 10 minutes 
  • Uncover and bake an additional 5 minutes then remove from oven and serve.
