Keto Avocado Mayo Dressing

Keto Avocado Mayo Dressing is a real flavor hit and it pairs beautifully with just about anything! Even if you don't fancy avocados, you are guaranteed to love this.
 
INGREDIENTS:
  • 3/4 cup of Primal Avocado Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 large avocado
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
INSTRUCTIONS:
  • Combine Primal Avocado Mayonnaise, avocado, lemon juice, garlic and hot sauce in a blender or food processor, and blend to combine. 
  • Add a splash of water if the dressing is too thick. Check for seasoning and adjust if you need to.

Carbs: 1 grams | Protein: 0 grams | Fat: 20 grams
 
RECIPE NOTES:
This is one of my favorite dressings. It is so versatile. We love to dip our veggies in it. We use on salads, and just thought this would be fantastic in the Keto pasta. And, we were right!
