Keto Caesar Dressing

 This is a simple, yet delicious caesar dressing recipe and one of the best I've tried.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup avocado mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 small garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp avocado/olive oil
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp coconut aminos
  • 1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Refrigerate until ready to use.
