Keto Fried Pickles

A southern favorite and for good reason. This are simply amazing!

  
INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 bag of plain pork rinds
  • Jar of sliced dill pickles* 
Please also be careful to choose plain pork rinds as most of the flavored ones have Maltodextrin or other forbidden and hidden ingredients.
 
 INSTRUCTIONS:
  • In a small bowl beat eggs together.
  • Add pork rinds to blender and blend until they resemble crumbs.
  • Add the pork rinds crumbles to a separate bowl.
  • Dip each pickle slice in the egg wash and then the pork rinds.
  • Place each pickle slice in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook at 390 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve hot with my Keto Ranch dressing for dipping.
