Keto Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole

Keto Bacon Cheeseburger casserole is a crowd pleaser. Also, great for any weeknight quick keto dinner!

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces bacon
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup Primal Organic Unsweetened Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Keto Mayonaise
  • 1/4 cup Yellow Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Keto Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1/4 cup Trader Joes Organic Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup white chedder cheese (shredded)
  • Preheat oven to 375 and add the ground beef, oil, salt, and pepper and cook till browned.
  • Fry the bacon in a frying pan on high heat or cook in the microwave untill crispy.
  • Drain the bacon fat and add the bacon to the hamburger meat.
  • Add the ketchup, mayonaise, mustard, garlic, worcestershire sauce, and half of the cheese into the beef and mix it together until blended.
  • Place the beef micture into a casserole dish.
  • In a medium sized bowl, wish together the heavy whipping cream and the eggs and pour over the ground beef.
  • Sprinkle the remainder of the cheese over the top and bake for about 30 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
