Keto Skillet Lasagna

Extra easy, super cheesy, this Keto Skillet Lasagna will easily become a weeknight favorite!
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1/2 lb Italian Sausage
  • 1 1/2 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 3/4 tsp Garlic Powder (divided)
  • 1 tsp Oregano (divided)
  • 1/4 cup chopped white onion
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella (divided)
  • 2/3 cup Parmesan Cheese (divided)
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • While the oven is heating,  Grab a medium bowl and mix ricotta, 1/2 cup of mozzarella, and 1/3 cup of the Parmesan. Add salt and pepper to taste then add the remaining oregano and garlic powder and mix until well combined. Set aside.
  • Using an iron skillet on medium heat, brown grown beef and sausage together until done.
  • Next, add in the onion, stirring together with the meat allowing the onion to soften.
  • Pour in the sauce and add 1/2 teaspoon of orgegano and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder and simmer for approximately 5 minutes.

Keto White Chicken Chili

Think thick and creamy white chili with sauteed pulled chicken. So warm and comforting and guaranteed to please!

  • 2 lbs of bonless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 stick of butter 
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 ½ cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • ¾ cup chicken broth
  • 1 ½ teaspoons chili powder
  • Himalayan pink salt (to taste)
  • black pepper (to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 ½ tablespoons onion powder
  • 2 (4 ounce) cans chopped green chilies
  • In a large pot, boil 2 lbs of boneless chicken until done, remove from pot and set aside to cool. 
  • Once the chicken cools, shred it and then season it with chili powder, salt and black pepper.
  • In a large pot, mix butter, chicken broth, heavy cream, cream cheese, onion powder, cumin, and hot sauce together. Season with salt and black pepper and bring to a simmer; cook until butter and cream cheese are melted, about 5 minutes.

Keto Sausage Gravy

Is sausage gravy Keto? Mine is! I can't wait for you to try this country breakfast favorite. Pair it with my Keto Butter Biscuit recipe and it's a match made in heaven!


  • 10 oz. Appleton Farms Pork Sausage
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup beef broth or chicken broth
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • In a large pan, cook sausage over medium heat for approximately 5-6 minutes.
  • Gradually add in cream cheese and broth and cook. You will need to stir this consistently until it is thick and smooth.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low and continue to stir consistently as it simmers. Approximately 2 more minutes. As you stir, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Servings: 4  Serving Size: 1/2 cup

Keto Butter Biscuits

You'll love this simple, made from scratch, Keto Butter Biscuit recipe. It's a southern breakfast favorite you are sure to enjoy!

  • 1 1/2 cups of Baker's Corner Finely Ground Almond Flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
  • 1/2 teapoon garlic powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 6 tablespoons butter (melted; 2 reserved for topping)
  • 1/2 cup white cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • Combine almond flour, salt, baking bowder and garlic powder in a large bowl and set aside
  • In a separate bowl, combine eggs, sour cream and  4 tablespoons of butter whisking until smooth
  • Add the dry ingredients to this bowl
  • Add cheese and mix the batter until well blended
  • Use a 1/4 cup scoop and place batter into divided silicone muffin pan or cups.
  • Bake until the tops are gold brown (about 15 minutes) 
  • Remove from pan and top with additional butter

Keto Sloppy Joes

Talk about delicious, these Keto Sloppy Joes bring back an old favorite without all the carbs. Great for any quick weeknight dinner!

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 onion (diced)
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (unrefined)
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 can of tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons mustaard
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon pink salt
  • Place coconut oil in a large skillet and melt
  • Add garlic and onion and saute on medium-high heat
  • Add the ground beef and cook until browned
  • Add the remaining ingredients and cook on low until most of the liquid evaporates (approximately 15 minutes)
  • Scoop onto Keto hamburger buns and serve

Keto Crock Pot Ribs

Keto BBQ Ribs are slow cooked to perfection and smothered in our Keto Approved lip lickin' BBQ sauce!
  • 2 to 3 lbs baby back pork ribs (bone-in)
  • 1 cup of water
  • cup beef broth
  • ½ tsp liquid hickory smoke
Rub Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • ½ tbsp garlic powder
  • ½ tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp cayenne
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 10 drops SweetLeaf Liquid Stevia
  • cup Keto BBQ Sauce
  • Mix all the rub ingredients in a small bowl then rub into the rack of ribs covering all the surfaces on both sides of the rack. Set aside.
  • Pour water, beef broth, and the ½ tsp liquid smoke into a crockpot.
  • Bend rack of ribs in a circle with the meaty side of ribs facing the walls of the pot.
  • Brush ¼ cup of bbq sauce over the ribs in the pot saving the remaining BBQ sauce for later.

Keto BBQ Sauce

Looking for a Keto friendly BBQ sauce that actually taste good? Try this one, it's easy and oh so delicious!

  • 1 Cup Tomato Sauce (no sugar)
  • 1 ½ Tbsp Butter
  • ½ tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ½ Tbsp Liquid Smoke
  • ½ tbsp Keto Worcestershire Sauce
  • 15 drops of SweetLeaf Liquid Stevia (or to taste)
  • Add butter to a small pot and melt over medium heat.
  • Add tomato sauce, apple cider vinegar, liquid smoke,  Keto Worcestershire sauce, stevia, garlic powder, sea salt, and onion powder. Stir until blended.
  • Remove from heat and serve. Store in a sealed container or Mason jar in the fridge

  • 1 bag of coleslaw mix
  • 1 pound Grobbel's Corn Beef Brisket
  • 1 cup swiss cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons scallions
  • Melt butter in an iron skillet.
  • Add corned beef and sauté covered for 5 minutes.
  • Add coleslaw, then cover and cook for approximately 5 minutes.
  • Stir coleslaw and corned beef and top with cheese. 
  • Place skillet into the oven until cheese is melted.
  • Drizzle with dressing and top with scallions.
Keto Russian Dressing Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Primal Kitchen Mayonnaise 
  • 1/4 cup Primal Kitchen Ketchup
  • 4 teaspoon Silver Spring Horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon Frank's Red Hot Original Sauce
  • 1 tsp Keto Worcestershire Sauce (recipe included)

Keto Worcestershire Sauce

How do you live without Worcestershire Sauce when it's used in so many recipes? Luckily now, you don't have to. This Keto Worcestershire Sauce taste like the store bought version without all the sugar!

  • 4 Tablespoon Coconut Secret Coconut Aminos
  • 3 Tablespoons Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Place all the ingredients in a blender or using an emersion blender and blend until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Place mixture in a small saucepan on low to medium heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  • Allow to cool and then store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. The flavor actually gets better with time.
